I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Phong Nha. The staff, especially Tuin, were incredibly welcoming and helpful. They assisted me in booking my cave excursion and sleeper bus to Hanoi, making it stress-free for me. The breakfast provided was delicious and the rooms were spotlessly clean. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located right in the center of town, making it easy to explore the area. It is also right next to where the buses stop, making transportation very convenient.
